Will Humbucker Covers Change the Sound of My Guitar?

I have a Jackson Kelly ke3 pro series and I found some nice humbucker covers I would like to put on them.

Would it change the sound if I did? Is it a good idea?

Hi, Roy--

Yes the covers WILL change the sound. They will cut out a little bit of the treble "bite" and will make your guitar sound a little more mellow and fat.

Whether it is a good idea, only YOU can judge. If you would like a slightly more "Les Paul" sound, then go ahead!
