Setting Up Ludwig Toms

I have a beautiful old gold sparkle 1970s ludwig kit. Use them at shows. Original owner. Only problem is when I set the 12 and 13 on the bass drum the badges don't show towards the back or side of drum.
Cant be seen from the front of the kit. whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

I don't know. Are you setting them up so that the 12 is on the left and the 13 on the right? If you were setting them up the other way, the badges would be "backwards".

Other than that, I really don't have an answer for you. Maybe one of our readers will have more ideas.
