Acoustic Guitar Problem

On my high E string, whenever i play from the 11th fret to the 14th fret all of the notes are exactly the same sound... what is wrong here?

It sounds like your intonation needs to be adjusted. This involves adjusting the steel rod that runs the length of your guitar neck.

A qualified guitar repair person can do this adjustment for very little expense.
