"The sound of this guitar is worth more than what I paid! Best deal I could've made."

I am well satisfied with my purchase. At first I thought I was taking a step down by NOT buying the Fender 140SCE. Boy was I mistaken. This will be my only acoustic for the foreseeable future. I now have an electric, acoustic/electric, so my next guitar would be a bass. Gotta stay versatile!
Sound
Unplugged = Brilliant. Plugged = Loud & Brilliant. Whether you play the lead (arpeggio) or rythmn = Wonderful sound. Only thing that would make it better is the quality of your amp, when plugged in. If anything, I would only "slightly" lower the action on the higher end, but it's not really necessary.
Features
The Fishman on-board electronics/tuner are excellent & easy to use. Don't really like the way the 9v battery holder is set-up.
Ease of Use
This guitar will do what you want, when dialling in the equalizer. Stays in tune well also.
Quality
To look at you might think it appears cheap looking, due to the high gloss lacquer finish, but I got over that the minute I began to handle the guitar. More solid than it looks. Neck looks like it is thinly stained though.
Value
Pretty good bang for my buck. $247.00 new, but without the case.

The Wow Factor
Personally the sex appeal, as stated earlier, kind of looks cheap, but then again my wife is awed by the glossy finish. And it pretty to look at, but not sexy.
