Yamaha FG450-E

From what I know it is from the early 70's. I have seen it and it is in good condition. He is asking 500, and it seems like a steal, it plays beautifully, but I'm not sure if I'm being ripped off. Its seems so rare I have not seen another on the internet. I don't have the serial number unfortunately but any help would be greatly appreciated.

The FG series:
"Pricing is all across the board for these models. There are a good 50 different models, and each one has a different feature. These guitars never sold for too much money, and because of this arenīt very collectible today. Most guitars are worth between $50-$250 depending on the condition and features."
