Yamaha FG-331

I have a Yamaha FG-331 acoustic guitar that I purchased between 1970 and 1972 for $175.00. It is still in excellent condition and was wondering if it has any worth at this time.

Hi, Diane--

the FG series is somewhat contradictory as far as value is concerned. The Blue Book does not rate them highly--in fact this model is not even listed--
but owners swear by them and many people are ready to pay decent money for them.

If you want to sell it, the best bet is to find someone who likes these guitars and see what it is worth to them.
