Guitar is in very good condition and I want to pay a friend fair value for it. Any idea of value?

The FG 331 is not listed specifically in Blue Book. Here is the information that it does provide about the FG series:
There are a good 50 different models, and each one has a different feature. These guitars never sold for too much money, and because of this arenīt very collectible today. Most of these gutiars were played on because they may have been a guitarists first instrument. Most guitars are worth between $50-$250 depending on the condition and features.
