(Santa Fe, New Mexico)
Inside the hole of the guitar it has a label that says that it is a Tranquillo Giannini Guitar, made in Brazil, in the year 1970. Model No. GS 350, Serial No. 3953. Founded in 1900. AL. OL GA. 414 - S. Paulo- Brazil. It is in pretty good condition, with no cracks or dents. I do not have a case for it.

Hi, Zakk--
Here is the Blue Book general info about Gianinni Guitars:
"Instruments currently built in Brazil. Distributed by Etros Music, LLC in Sunrise, FL. Giannini has been producing guitars since 1900.
In 1890 Tranquillo Giannini left Italy and migrated to San Paulo, Brazil where he began manufacturing guitars. The company eventually became one of the largest manufacturers of guitars in Brazil. They also produced a line of mandolins, craviolas, cavaquinhos, and violas. In the early 1970s, Giannini was distributed in the U.S. by Giannini Guitars at 75 Frost Street, Westbury (New York 11590). If that address seems somewhat familiar, that may be because it was shared by Westbury Guitars, the Merson company, and later Korg USA. Giannini Guitars are still available and distributed by Etros Music, LLC. For more information, visit Giannini's website or contact them directly."

****The GS series is not listed in the Blue Book. This does not reflect on the quality of the guitar, but does indicate that it is not in high demand by collectors at this time.
Hope this helps!
