The Chicago Coin Company Hillyard

I have an old accoustic the head stock is cut like a classical...it has a sticker inside that says The Chicago Coin Company also a mans name on the sticker that says platt Gibbs...president and mang and the address of the company. Also on the head stock it has a metal plate that says hillyard?
Anyone know how old this thing is?
