Should I Buy a Cort X-6?

by Abby
(India)

I am about to buy a new guitar and planning for a Cort X6. I wanted to ask is it worth its price and are their any other guitars which are better than X6 in the same price range?

ANSWER

Hi, Abby--

I have never owned a Cort guitar. The people who do have them seem to like them.

Personally, I would rather eat a slug than deal with Floyd Rose Tremolo system! That is just a person opinion.

You don't mention how much your are planning to spend. From checking prices on the internet, I think that the going price is around $300.

I am a Gibson person. Gibson Epiphone guitars are really great quality and are affordable. Take a look at this one:

Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar Black

or this one:

Epiphone Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar Alpine White

Retail price on these guitars is around $600., but these two guitars are available for #349.00

Hope this helps!

Lynne
