Problems with Line 6 spider 3 15 watt amp

My amp makes this buzzing sound when the knob for sweep echo/reverb/delay is turned on.

If you have ruled out all of the obvious causes--bad cable, etc.--then the best thing to do is take it to a qualified repair person.
