Palmer Acoustic 1937 p40 & Gremlin acoustic model G10s

by shauna
(gainesville,ga usa)

the gremlin is autographed by all members of the band matchbox 20 and both have original case.

Hi, Shauna--

The Blue Book does not list Gremlin models. The only information it provides is-- "Instruments previously built in Asia. Distributed in the U.S. market by Midco International of Effingham, IL.
Gremlin guitars are designed for the entry level or student guitarist."

I found a few on the internet selling for $25. to $100. The autographs might make it more valuable to a Matchbox 20 aficianado.

The Blue Book provides this information about Palmer guitars:

"Both the Chesbro Music Company and Tropical Music Corporation distributed Palmer brand acoustic and classical models. These models are geared towards the entry level or student guitarist. Palmer acoustic guitars are usually priced in the used market between $75 and $250.
