ANSWER
Hi, C.J.--
Here is the Blue Book general info:
"Instruments previously produced by Gibson and Kay circa 1930s-1960s. See chapter on House Brands.
This trademark has been identified as a House Brand of Speigel, and was sold through the Speigel catalogs. The Old Kraftsman brand was used on a full line of acoustic, thinline acoustic/electric, and solid body guitars from circa 1930s to the 1960s. Old Kraftsman instruments were probably built by various companies in Chicago, including Kay and some models by Gibson."
I could find no specific information on serial numbers for these guitars, so the exact year is difficult to determine.
If you can somehow pinpoint the general era of manufacture, here are the Blue Book prices:
1930s
Excellent $500 - 650
Average $300 - 350
1950S-1960s
Excellent $350 - 500
Average $200 - 250
