Neck replacement for a Fender Baja Telecaster

I was wanting to put a C neck 22 fret neck on my Baja Telecaster and was curious if an American Standard Telecaster neck would be compatible with the Baja?

I am not an expert repair person, but I do know from the Blue Book descriptions that both guitars have a 25.5" scale. The Baja neck has 21 frets, the American standard has 22.

The Am Standard has a bi flex truss rod system and the Baja does not.

Those are the major stats. I don't know exactly what they mean in terms of exchange compatibility.
Probably the best thing to do is to talk to your local qualified repair person.
