National Les Paul look-a-like
by johnny
(B.C Canada)
The guitar looks a lot like a Les Paul with the single cut away. I'm not sure what model it is. Its a sunburst cherry yellow with brass hardware. All electric. The pick ups look like there the same style as an SG.
ANSWER
Hi, Johnny--
This is the only single cutaway guitar with gold hardware that I could find in the National listings.
Here is the description:
GLENWOOD/GLENWOOD DELUXE (MODEL 1105) - single rounded cutaway, fully bound body, white plastic backplate, 2 metal covered pickups, black pickguard, bound fingerboard with diamond enclosed in block inlays, 6 knobs on bass side, single switch on treble side, 3-per-side tuners, gold hardware, 12.25 in. wide body, available in Natural finish with black back and sides, mfg. 1954-1961.
Here is the pricing info:
Mint $1,500 Exc.+ $1,250 Exc.$1,050 Avg.+ $900 Avg. $750 General $600
If this does not sound like your guitar, maybe a photo would be helpful.
