I would like to know the value and if it's worth keeping or selling?

Hi, Michele--

It appears that your guitar was manufactured in 1971 and described as an "acoustic-folk/electric grand concert guitar".

This model is not listed in the Blue Book. This is probably due to the fact that the guitar was manufactured in Japan by a company that was using the National name.

The guitar, when new, sold for around $80.00. I doubt that it is worth much more than that today. Usually when a guitar is not listed in the Blue Book, it indicates that there is very little demand by collectors for that particular guitar.
