Mitchell Deluxe Guitar Amp

I got this amp in 1978 or 79.
It's tweed on all sides.

Has gain, bright, treb, bass, reverb and master vol. low and high preamp gain

One 12" speaker=mitchel speaker company England

I haven't played it in years. I'm going to try it and see if it still works. I'm sure it does.

Would really like to know what it is worth as I may like to sell it.

Has a couple of stains on the top. (beer wouldn't you know)

Thanks much

Paul Crouch

ANSWER

Hi, Paul--

These amps are not listed for pricing in the Blue Book.

Here is the information from the Blue Book:

Amplifiers previously produced in the U.S. during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Mitchell amps are very similar to Mesa/Boogie amps of the same era (late 1970s and early 1980s) with their wicker style grille and other cosmetics. The most popular model appears to be the Pro-100 available in a head-unit and 1-12 in. speaker combo. This amp features a tube chassis and other standard features. Many reviews indicate that these amps are well-built and were known as poor man's Mesa/Boogies at the time.

I found several persons on the internet wanting to buy one of these amps, so you will probably have no trouble selling it.
