Loose Input Jack

I just had my input jack fixed yesterday because it was loose, I plug it in today and it comes loose again! Should I keep driving to Concord to have it tightened every time it comes loose? Or should I try and replace it if that is possible?

Hi, John--

Where is it coming loose? A lot of the time it is just the outside nut that is loose and that can be tightened very easily with a very small pliers-type wrench.

If the inside workings are loose again, I would definitely take it back and tell them to fix it correctly. There is no way it should have become loose again during that short a period of time.
