How Do I a Bigsby on Gibson ES-335

Hi! I'm going to put bigsby b7 on my es-335. Can somebody tell me exactly how do I install ground wire? And please, be very simple with these instructions. I would be very thankful for this.

How about it, guys? Anyone know the answer to this?
Just my two cents worth--installing the Bigsby will greatly reduce the value of your guitar---
