ANSWER

Hi, Larry--

Beautiful guitar!

Unfortunately, this model is not listed in the Blue Book.

I did, however find a review which includes the prices paid by some owners:

Hohner HG 310

Sorry I could not be of more help.

Lynne

Strings

I also own a Hohner HG-310 and I play this one more than my Martin. The sound can keep up with the best in my opinion. I use Elixir medium guage strings on mine. Elixir costs a little more but well worth it for the sound.

My HG-310
by: karma moffet

I have a HOHNER HG-310 I find it to be top of the line in workmanship and sound. It has dove tail moldings, spruce top, rosewood back, sides and fret board. I haven't found any info on it.
I traded a painting for it 15 years ago and wouldn't part with it.

i found this guitar in my basement. I have no interest in selling it, i just wanted to see how much this guitar would go for. I see that the Limited was worth 340 but would the International go for more?

My first guitar in 1977 was this guitar,I sold it- didnt realize what I had ..I found one in a pawn shop in Pueblo Co. April 2010!!!!! I am soooooo glad to get another.. The sound is INCREDIBLE! The best strings are Martin Custom Lights....I am a singer songwriter and I love this one.....These guitars are tops, solid rosewood, solid spruce, handmade by expert Japanese craftsman...VERY VERY RARE!!!! I wont EVER part with this until God calls me home....

I just acquired a Hohner 1978 HG310 Rosewood Limited Edition acoustic guitar. Does anyone have a suggestion for the best strings to use for this guitar?
