I am looking at a 1968 Starfire iv at a local music store. It missing the pickguard, has some cosmetic flaws here and there, the fretboard has been replaced without inlays and it is not rosewood. The tuners have also been replaced with powedered chrome tuners. They are asking 699.00, is that a good deal?
