Guild F 30 serial number 3574

I have a Guild F 30 #3574 in fairly good condition that I am thinking about trading to a collector, but I don't want to get taken for a ride. At the same time, I am not looking for top dollar because he is a friend of mine. About what value should I attach to it?

Hi, Paul--

The serial numbers for Guild guitars are somewhat unreliable before 1960, but this serial number seems to indicate a 1956 manufacture date.
