Guild D-25's

I have two guild d-25's. I bought them used
1. Wondering when they were manufactured?
2. Are they Wesley?
3. Approximate value?(both in very good condition)
4. What type of wood used for body & neck?
SERIAL NUMBERS STAMPED ON BACK OF TUNER AREA
