ANSWER

Here is the Blue Book info on these guitars:

nstruments currently produced in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Distributed in the U.S. by the Port Bourbon Trading Company in Carlisle, KY. Previously distributed by California Guitar Works in Huntington Beach, CA.
Gracia guitars was founded by Don Dionisio Garcia and they have been produced since the 1950s. Gracia guitar model "E"
by: Anonymous

Hi,
I am an american living in Argentina, and married to my beautiful Argentine wife. I am a christian, and I love bossanova and jazz. Just want to clear up a few misconceptions about GRACIA guitars. They are produced in a small factory in "Wilde" (A working class section of south Buenos Aires) The model "F" you have is made of imported woods from the US, Brazil, and Paraguay. It is one of the "higher end" models, made in limited controlled quantities by the head luthier on staff. These guitars ARE NOT classical guitars, and should not be considered as such. They are Argentine "Criollas" (Named after the original settlers of Arg) And are professional FOLK music guitars and not classical. They are a tad bit smaller than Spanish classicals, and are used for playing the Argentine samba, and Chacareras and cuecas, traditional Argentine folk dances, and are instruments that are used to accompany the Argentine "Charango" a small mandolin type instrument the comes from the NW of Argentina near the Bolivian border. Hopes this clears up any misconceptions.

***Thanks so much for sharing your special knowledge of these guitars!
