Gibson Les Paul Standard Honeyburst & Gibson Flying V

by V Buracker
(Yreka, CA )

I would like to know the approximate value of these guitars. The serial # for the standard is 108446; the serial # for the flying v is 653711. I believe they were made during the late 1970's - early 1980's. Both are in good condition in their original cases.

ANSWER

Hi, V Buracker--

Here is the Blue Book info for the Standard:

Flying V puzzler
by: Anonymous

I have a flying V that is sooo close in that serial # range..653924...but does not have nor has it ever had a medallion. Could this be one of the first re-issues? That serial # as best we could tell has the V made in 70-72 in Kalamazoo. Any help would be GREAT! Thank you.
