Gibson ES175D

I would like to know the year my Gibson 175D was made. I've owned it since the 1980s and it looks just like the 1967 ES175D in your picture above. It has the number 125135 on the headstock.

Hi, Brad--
The serial number indicates that your guitar was made at the Kalamazoo Plant, USA approximately in 1963.
Here is the Blue Book general info:
ES-175 D (ES75) - similar to ES-175, except has 2 single coil (disc. 1956) or humbucker pickups (current pickups are '57 Classic humbuckers), current dimensions are 16 in. wide, 20.5 in. long, and 3.5 in. thick, current mfg. utilizes curly maple/poplar/maple laminate top, sides, and back with mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard, 2 volume/2 tone controls, three-position switch, currently available in Vintage Sunburst, Wine Red, or Natural finish, mfg. 1951-present, D suffix added in 1953.
