Fender Telecaster Sunburst 1971 value

Hi,

I've read through your website and I found out you're very expert in fender guitar pricing. I have a 1971 telecaster sunburst, all original and actually the only not stock thing was a gibson humbucker in neck position (tuners were not original but I found a '71 original telecaster ones). This has been replaced with the original one but of course the hole is still there (it's been made in a very professional way). The guitar has birdseye maple neck and it's in fantastic conditions. I'd like to know if possible the actual value.
