Fender Stratocaster

Hi

I've recently bought a Fender Stratocaster which serial number is EE106456. It seems that it comes from the corona factory, year should be about 1986 1987.

The guy told me that EE stood for European Export, I only managed to get a very few informations about those "European Export" series.

Could you tell me a bit more about that?

I also could not find information about the European Export series except that they were built from 1985-88.

I am going to publish this anyway because many of our readers are quite knowledgeable about Fender guitars. Maybe one of them will have more info for you.
