'No Name' Bass.
by: Nick C.

Hello, I'm writing from the UK to ask for your help. A friend has just bought a Precision Bass and it turns out to have been owned by the deceased member of a band I was in in the 60's. Here's my query... The bass has absolutely no markings or logos on it whatsoever... I know there were telecasters that bore no name but can find nothing about the Precision Bass. It was originally purchased in the mid-sixties I believe. And the original owner always said it was a Fender, I too am sure it is. Please help if you can.
