The serial number comes back as "unrecognized".

This is the closest model listed in the Blue Book:

Chet Atkins CE (Model ECCE) Add to Collection
- nylon string version of Chet Atkins SST, banjo style tuners, available in Ebony or Natural finish, mfg. 1995-2005.

Note that it was not manufactured until 1995. None of the Chet Atkins models listed were manufactured in 1989.
