ANSWER
Hi, Shawn--
Tiesco made an E 110. Considering the following information from the Blue Book, this seems a likely possibility:
"Teisco Del Rey. Instruments previously produced in Japan. Distributed in the U.S. by Westheimer Musical Instruments of Evanston, IL. One of the original Teisco importers was George Rose of Los Angeles, California. Some instruments may bear the shortened "Teisco" logo, many others were shipped in unlabeled. "
It also said that most of these guitars sell from $99-300.
Hope this helps. Lynne
