chord progression

What's the chord progression for the last two chords in the image? It ends with a I and I'm having trouble figuring out what that second last chord is. Thanks.

ANSWER

It is difficult to analyze a chord progression without knowing the key signature. Even if you are sure the last chord is a I chord, without the keyh signature I don't know whether it is Em or Eb Major.

If you could include the key signature, I might be able to help. I am wondering why the chord in question is spelled with a Cb instead of a B.
