Brackett Piano Value

What is the value of a Brackett piano built in Boston and patented on October 20, 1885?

I really don't know anything about this brand. If it is an upright, most of them are not really worth much--maybe $200-400 or however much someone will pay you for it. Brackett is not on the list of high value pianos.
