Alverez by K. Yairi

I have a 1980 rosewood lute back, on the label in the sound hole it says Alvarez by K. Yairi SN 35759 Model OY 80. On the neck heal is the number 55 06 96. I played it quite a bit when I was young so has a lot of pick and buckle scratches. Other than that it is in good shape. Ever heard of this guitar?
