2004 Gretsch 6122 Country Classic Double Cutaway

Hi,
this guitar has all the original paperwork eg. authenticity card, manual, build card etc. and is in mint condition.
It has the 'REAL' f-holes and not the fake painted ones.
A beautiful guitar. Please, may I have an evaluation?

I must say that I have never SEEN a guitar with fake F-holes. (LOL)
