1991 Rickenbacker 360v64 6 string
I am curious to know what the value of this guitar would be. Here is a Rickenbacker 360V64 6 string electric 1991 production. This is a discontinued and very hard to come by 1964 reissue, based closely on the George Harrison 12 string model of that year made famous on the early Beatles albums. This is way above the standard Ric’s, it has double binding vibrant Fireglo finish Toaster pickups, vintage tailpiece, triangle parallelogram fret markers ,vintage tuners making this a classic looking and sounding Ric. Condition wise it has two small chips at the tailpiece and one on the neck. There is light play wear and some light hazing but other than that in really good condition. Action is low, neck is straight no buzzes or rattles, frets have about 80% life. Guitar comes with original Rickenbacker silver vintage case with blue crushed velvet interior.
I have made my contribution via your paypal link.
ANSWER
Hi, Tim--
This particular version is not listed separately in the Blue Book.
Here are the price values for the 360:
1980-1995 Mint $2,000 Exc.+ $1,600 Exc. $1,300 Avg.+ $1,050 Avg. $850 General $675
This seems pretty accurate, as I was able to find several of these guitars on the internet which owners had bought for $1000-$1600.
Have you seen these?
