Hello,
I have a 1986 Martin MC-28 in excellent/near mint condition. The SN is 468240 and located on an interior wood block below where the neck meets the body. It is in a a period Everest hardshell case with a blue crushed velvet interior (is this original?).
The guitar is original as far as I know or can tell with the exception of pre-ban African Elephant Tusk (ivory) bridge pins which where legally acquired by a previous owner. I have documentation.
Thanks,
mic
