1973 FENDER JAZZ BASS
Professionally converted to fretless. Fingerboard was removed and replaced with rosewood and has no fret lines. Slight wear on finish but not chipped off. Pick guard has been removed and it looks like Jaco's '63 (except no fret lines on this one). Very cool looking bass.
ANSWER
Hi--
It sounds like a GREAT looking guitar. The problem is that the Blue Book values and the collectors market are extremely ORIGINAL condition dominated when it comes to these vintage guitars.
This does not mean that it is not valuable, just that it is not possible to price it from the Blue Book with any accuracy. (I would love to play it, though).
Best Wishes, Lynne
