1969 gibson sg standard

1 to 10.... 10 being perfect i would give the condition a respective 7. tuners have been replaced with "vintage" runners. but are not original, performs and place like a dream.... the serial number is 845895....I'm considering using this on tour. in your opinion is this advisable or should it be behind glass..... any info would be great.
