I have what i believe to be a 1959 Gibson Special, Serial number 80444552 located on the back just above the tuning keys. I has 3 knobs. I've never seen one like this before. It has 22 frets and is all original. How much do you think it is worth?
ANSWERHi, Chris--
The serial number indicates that Your guitar was made at the Nashville Plant, TN, USA February 13rd, 1984 Production Number: 52
I am assuming that you meant the LES PAUL special.
There was only one model made in 1984. Here is the general info:

If the guitar is not a LES PAUL special, then please provide further identification of the model.
