Add 25-50% for a knotty pine top depending on the number and apperance of the knots.
Knotty Pine is more desirable, especially the knottier it is. The earliest models have no inlay at the first fret. In 1955, the first fret inlay became engraved. In 1956, the top became triple-bound. This model was originally issued with a jeweled Western styled strap.
